Crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has revealed that he has been experiencing suicidal thoughts following the recent bribery scandal involving the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The scandal came to light after social activist
Very Dark Man released an audio recording on September 24, in which Bobrisky allegedly claimed to have paid N15 million to unnamed EFCC officials to have money laundering charges against him dropped.

The EFCC has since launched an investigation into the bribery allegations. Bobrisky took to his Instagram page on September 26, expressing his distress over the situation and hinting at suicidal thoughts.
“I have never in my life thought about suicide… but now it’s coming to my head seeing what human beings are doing to their fellow human just in the name of bringing them down,” he wrote.
He went on to express frustration, stating, “Haters, you won.”
Meanwhile, the investigation ordered by EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede is ongoing, and Bobrisky’s fans and critics are weighing in on the crossdresser’s emotional post.
Some have speculated that Bobrisky may be attempting to deflect attention from the scandal, while others have expressed concern for his mental health amid the escalating drama.
