Actress Oma Nnadi Laments Over Rising Costs and Silence from Nigerians

Actress Oma Nnadi has expressed her frustration and disappointment at the continued increase in the cost of goods and services in Nigeria.

She wonders how people are coping with the harsh economic reality and questions the seeming silence from Nigerians.

“This increase in prices of goods and services is really much… I don’t understand how we are even coping. It’s really much. Why is nobody talking?” she asks.

Oma Nnadi’s concerns are not just about the economic hardship but also about the apparent apathy from Nigerians.

She seems to be puzzled by the lack of outrage and protest from the public, given the severity of the situation.

“Please, are you people okay? Checking something… Because we all seem to be living and moving. Is there something I don’t know?” she asks rhetorically.

While Oma Nnadi’s concerns are valid, it appears that she may be unaware of the government’s lack of response to the people’s plight.

In spite of the noise and protests, the government seems to have turned a deaf ear to the citizens’ cries for help.

The actress’s frustration is palpable, and her questions are legitimate, but the reality is that the government’s inaction is a significant part of the problem.

As Oma Nnadi rightly observes, “It’s really much… Why is nobody talking?” Indeed, the silence is deafening, and the government’s thoughtlessness is appalling.
