A video circulating online shows members of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) ecstatic and praying as they reportedly see a formed image of their late founder, Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa, in the clouds.

The sighting, which took place during a gathering, has led many to believe that the end of the world is near, with members chanting phrases like

“Olorun Oshoffa.”

Oshoffa founded the CCC on September 29, 1947, and passed away on September 10, 1985. This alleged vision has sparked a variety of reactions, with some church members hailing the

“God of Oshoffa”

and interpreting the phenomenon as a sign of Oshoffa’s sainthood.
