How to check WAEC Result 2024 via Online and SMS

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for school candidates.

The examination body made this announcement on Monday 12th August, 2024, via the micro blogging platform, X.

The post read, “The West African Examinations Council is pleased to inform candidates who sat WASSCE for school candidates, 2024 that the result has officially been released today, Monday, 12th August 2024.”

How to check WAEC results with SMS

1. Using your mobile phone, open the SMS application and type WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear in the message field. Don’t forget to replace the Exam number, pin and exam year with your examination number, pin and exam year.
2. Send it to 32327
3. You will receive a message instantly containing your WAEC statement of result.

Please note that this method is only available  to MTN, Glo & Airtel Subscribers.

If you did not receive your WAEC result via SMS, kindly repeat the process and make sure you don’t have a low balance.

How to check WAEC Result via Website

To check your WASSCE Result via the WAEC Result checker website visit WAEC Direct at www.waecdirect.org and log in.

Please note that you may need a WAEC result scratch card to check. You can purchase an eScratch card online.

1. Login to WAEC Result Checker Website www.waecdirect.org
2. Enter your Examination Number
3. Select Examination Type e.g May/June
4. Select Exams Year e.g 2024
5. Click on Check Result.
