Jude Okoye, the elder brother and former manager of the now-defunct music duo P-Square, has declared that he will no longer stay silent amidst the ongoing allegations from his younger brother, Peter Okoye.
Jude, who has largely refrained from publicly addressing the controversy surrounding the breakup of P-Square, announced that he will be speaking out later this evening to clear the air on several issues, including the split, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) case, and accusations of financial misconduct.

The decision to speak out comes after Peter Okoye accused Jude of creating a secret company with his wife, Ifeoma Okoye, and diverting funds from their joint business ventures into this separate entity.
These allegations have further fueled public speculation and intensified the rift between the brothers. Jude, now 50, managed the P-Square group during their successful run, and his silence over the years has led many to form their own judgments about his role in the group’s dissolution.
He is now ready to address these claims head-on, stating that he has been “silent for too long.” In his announcement, Jude hinted that his decision to finally speak out is driven by the need to clear his name and put an end to the misconceptions that have been circulating about him.
“It’s time to tell my side of the story,”
Jude hopes to set the record straight and bring some closure to the bitter dispute that has fractured one of Nigeria’s most beloved music groups.
