Miss Switzerland Finalist Murdered by Husband After Planning to Leave Him, Leaves Children Without a Mother

The tragic death of Kristina Joksimovic, a former Miss Switzerland finalist and mother of two, has left her family devastated and the community in shock.

Joksimovic, 38, was brutally murdered by her husband, Thomas, 41, in their home in Binningen, near Basel.

After being strangled, her body was dismembered using a jigsaw and other tools, and some parts were dissolved in chemicals.

Kristina had reportedly been planning to leave her husband after enduring months of relationship turmoil.

The death of the model and catwalk coach has left her children without a mother and shattered their family.

The couple’s relationship had reportedly been in crisis for months, with incidents of physical violence reported to the police prior to the killing.

A source close to Kristina revealed, “She wanted to break up but was afraid of him.”

Despite these warning signs, the tragedy unfolded in February, leaving two children without their mother and in the shadow of their father’s horrific crime.

The Swiss businessman, who has been denied bail and remains in custody, claimed self-defense but later confessed to strangling his wife.

Investigators have refuted his self-defense claims, and psychological assessments have pointed to “sadistic-sociopathic traits.”

The case serves as a somber reminder to individuals in abusive relationships to seek help before it is too late.
