Obama Criticizes Trump’s Policies as ‘Cr@zy,’ Rallies for Kamala Harris Ahead of 2024 US Elections

Former US President Barack Obama, while campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris, took a direct swipe at Donald Trump, calling his policies “cr@zy” and urging voters to support Harris in the upcoming 2024 elections.

Speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania, Obama also addressed concerns over gender bias, particularly among Black male voters, who he said were hesitant to support Harris due to her being a woman, which is only an awkward reason for not supporting her.

“Part of it makes me think that you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president,” Obama stated.

Obama’s appearance, the first in a series of rallies across key battleground states, was aimed at mobilizing voters ahead of the November 5, 2024, upcoming elections to decide the future.

He argued that Trump’s appeal to certain male voters stems from a misguided admiration for his bullying behavior, which is seen as a strength.

“I’m sorry, gentlemen, but Trump’s behavior—the bullying, the putting people down—is not strength,” Obama asserted.

He also compared Trump’s speeches to those of Fidel Castro, emphasizing how out of touch the former president is with ordinary Americans.

Meanwhile, Obama praised Harris, describing her as “as prepared for the job as any nominee for president has ever been.”

He concluded by urging voters to channel their frustrations into action.

“Don’t boo—vote,” he told the crowd, emphasizing the importance of participating in the democratic process to ensure change.
