Former presidential aide Bashir Ahmad has stirred conversation on social media by challenging Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso’s claim of being politically superior to Peter Obi in all areas of the profession.
Kwankwaso, in a recent interview in Kano, suggested that his political standing was greater than that of Obi. However, Ahmad disagreed, citing the results of the 2023 presidential election.
Ahmad pointed out that during the election, Peter Obi garnered 6,101,533 votes, leading in 11 states, while Kwankwaso secured only 1,496,687 votes, leading in just one state—Kano, which he stated purposely to clear us from this page.
Ahmad stated, “These numbers clearly suggest that, at least in the context of the 2023 election, Peter Obi has significantly more political influence across the country.
So, Peter Obi is bigger than Rabiu Kwankwaso, politically.”
He stated in emphasis to know how crucial the situation is.
Ahmad further emphasized that public figures should always back up their claims with evidence, reminding political leaders to consistently perform at their best he urges so that there will be loopholes.

He added that this helps ensure they have a credible record to present when necessary, rather than simply boasting without proof or evidence that could require into every again.
